If there was an option to leave less than 1 star, I would. I placed an order for a birthday banner in April and it took 2 months to arrive! The banner was a part of my daughter’s birthday decor surprise but it arrived more than a month after her birthday though it was ordered an entire month BEFORE her birthday. And to add insult to injury, the banner ended up being no more special than one I could’ve ordered from amazon or a local store. I reached out to the shop 5 times and all she could say each time was “give it a few more days”. I ordered from other shops in the UK & Africa at the same time and received my packages drama free in a timely fashion so the delay can not be blamed on COVID. I will never order from this shop again.
