I have received a refund, as product is very poor quality. The customer service and delivery were spot on, but I would not recommend this product.

Poor quality when you open the trees. A few are not cut properly so don't open unless you run your finger through to get them open. A few come away from the cardboard. I am sending mine back. Really disappointed 😞

Poor quality, rips on some of the trees and seem to have gotten slightly wet so the tissue is warped. Would not buy again
